At Tomazina K-fé, every order is carefully prepared to ensure the freshest coffee possible reaches your doorstep. Because coffee is a perishable food product, we maintain the following policy to protect quality and freshness for all customers.

🫘 All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of food products, all coffee sales are final. We do not accept returns of coffee, opened or unopened.

🫘 Freshness Guarantee
We guarantee that your coffee is packaged and shipped directly from our farm and processing facilities with freshness, quality, and care as our highest priorities.

🫘 Shipping Partner
We proudly use USPS and other approved carriers for order fulfillment and delivery.

Every shipment receives a tracking number so you can monitor your package from dispatch to delivery and enjoy the freshest coffee possible.

🫘 Damaged Products
If your order arrives visibly damaged during shipping, please notify us within 5 business days of delivery.

To assist with your claim, please provide:

  • Order number
  • Photographs of the damaged package
  • Photographs of the damaged product
  • Description of the issue

🫘 Lost Packages
If a package is lost in transit according to carrier tracking information, please contact us immediately.

We will work directly with the carrier to investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.

🫘 Credits Instead of Refunds
Tomazina K-fé does not provide cash refunds.

When a claim is approved for:

Shipping damage
Carrier loss
Significant product quality concerns

we may issue a store credit toward a future purchase.

Every claim is unique and will be reviewed individually.

Approval of credits is determined after evaluating:

  • Tracking information
  • Delivery confirmation
  • Photographic evidence
  • Carrier investigation results
  • Product condition

🫘 Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Tomazina K-fé is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect addresses submitted during checkout.

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Tomazina K-fé is not responsible for carrier delays caused by:

  • Weather events

  • Customs inspections
  • Labor disruptions
